Mindfulness and meditation sessions open to everyone. No prior experience necessary. Come and practice together with guided meditation and gentle mindful movement.

About these Monthly Sessions

The aim of these sessions is to provide a relaxed and supportive space for people to come and experience a sense of relaxation, stillness and calm through mindfulness meditations.  These are simple practices and techniques which can help manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve well-being. Mindfulness can also help deal with over-thinking and develop better ways of coping with challenging situations.  Equally, it can just be a lovely opportunity and space to put down your ‘to do’ list and take some time for yourself! 

No experience is necessary and everyone is very welcome.

Each month there will be a different topic (such as dealing with stressful situations or difficult emotions), meditations and gentle mindful movement practices that I will explain and guide.  

Please bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothes.
