Begin with a practice to allow ourselves to settle and ‘arrive’ into the shared space.
Add in some gentle mindful movement.
Then a longer, guided meditation practice to reset, recharge and restart our week.
Finish with a renewed sense of stillness and calm.
Each week a different theme and practices to help support us all in these ever changing and challenging times.
