These mornings will introduce you to the first part of the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). This course is accredited by the UK Mindfulness Association and is experiential with an emphasis on self-practice and self-reflection
Beginning with short mindful practices and exercises we begin to learn and develop the foundations of mindfulness, self-awareness and kindness to ourselves and others. We will learn about the habits and patterns of thinking within our minds and how to be with difficult emotions.
A follow up course, Part 2, will be offered later in the year.
