Key Themes

Mindfulness and meditation sessions open to everyone. No prior experience necessary. Come and practice together with guided meditations,  gentle mindful movement and relaxation practices.

About these Monthly Sessions

The aim of these sessions is to provide a relaxed and supportive space for people to come and experience a sense of relaxation, stillness and calm through guided mindfulness sessions.  These are simple practices and techniques which can help manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve well-being. Mindfulness can also help deal with over-thinking and develop better ways of coping with challenging situations.  Equally, it can just be a lovely opportunity and space to put down your ‘to do’ list and take some time for yourself! 

No experience is necessary and everyone is very welcome.

Please bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothes.
